Management of mucosal fenestration using Platelet Rich Fibrin membrane following root resection.

Mucosal fenestration associated with maxillary first molar is rare but challenging to treat when there loss of marginal bone along buccally oriented root angulation. The exposed within the oral cavity large mucosal defect makes it susceptible plaque accumulation and infection. This case report showcases management mesiobuccal Left Maxillary by resection Platelet rich fibrin membrane.
